WHAT DO I MEAN BY THIS CRAZY STATEMENT??????
Some may choose their coffee shops based on the standard of coffee. And yes, this is a major factor (of course!). However, I have to admit something – not only am I a coffee snob, but I am also a ‘cafe interiors’ snob.
A cafe can serve the perfect roast (coffee, not chicken!) but if the place doesnt look right then I WILL NOT be rushing back. I know that sounds harsh, but for me it’s not just about the food and the coffee. It’s about the vibe of the place and how it looks. So much so that I have been interstate and checked on Beanhunter for the best coffee, driven there and turned right around when I saw that the place had absolutely no atmosphere.
Luckily in Melbourne we are totally spoilt for choice. Here are some of my favourites (in no particular order). I would love to hear what your favourites are too!
